  • Q Selection & Specifications

    A - Durability recommendations:
    For unpaved roads we recommend the reinforced-chassis Yutong ZK series. Its leaf-spring suspension and high ground clearance are better suited to challenging African terrain.

    - Air‑conditioning systems:
    We calibrate A/C refrigerant pressures to your destination climate and clean or replace high-capacity condensers as needed to ensure comfortable cabin temperatures even above 40°C.

    - Seat layout modifications:
    We can legally modify seat layouts to suit your operational needs—whether increasing seat count to raise revenue or installing premium airline-style seats.

    - Video inspection and pre-shipment checks:
    We support live video inspections via WhatsApp. You may request checks of chassis numbers, engine startup sound, and A/C cooling performance to verify the vehicle matches its description.

    - Payment security:
    We accept standard payment methods, including telegraphic transfer (T/T). All funds are received into the company’s official corporate bank account.

    - Tire condition:
    By default we select high-quality tires with at least 80% tread remaining. If requested, we can replace the full set with new top-tier Chinese brand tires at cost.

    - Fuel economy:
    By optimizing ignition timing and the injection system, a 12-meter Yutong coach under normal load can achieve stable fuel consumption of approximately 22–26 L/100 km.

  • Q After-sales & Parts

    A

    - Parts availability:

    Brands such as Yutong and King Long have established after-sales networks in Africa and South America. We can include a complimentary one-year consumables kit (filters, belts, brake pads) to support initial operations.
     

    - Remote technical support:

    We offer 24/7 remote video technical guidance and supply full electronic wiring diagrams and maintenance manuals. Our engineers can perform online diagnostics for complex issues.
     

    - Warranty policy:

    We provide a 3–6 month warranty on core components (engine, transmission, rear axle). For non‑human-caused failures within the warranty period, we ship replacement parts free of charge.
     

    - LHD-to-RHD conversion:

    We operate a professional conversion facility. The conversion process includes complete rework of the steering gearbox, dashboard, and electrical systems, followed by rigorous road-simulation testing to ensure safety and parity with original specifications.

  • Q Logistics & Compliance

    A -Customs documentation:
    We hold full export qualifications and can provide a complete set of compliant documentation, including the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list.

    -Emissions standard compliance:
    We verify that each engine model fully complies with the admissibility requirements of the destination port.

    -Transport method:
    Vehicles are generally shipped by cargo vessel, regardless of whether the shipment consists of single units or large volumes, ensuring safe and efficient delivery. Electric vehicles are typically transported using container flat racks or framed containers to provide enhanced protection and secure handling during transit.

    -Landed cost:
    We offer transparent FOB pricing and provide real-time updates on ocean freight and insurance rates. Through our contracted logistics partners, we help secure more competitive and optimized landed costs.

  • Q Quality & Vehicle Condition

    A - Mileage authenticity:
      We verify mileage by retrieving original operational records and performing in-depth OBD diagnostics. All vehicles come with third-party inspection reports to ensure the odometer reading matches wear and tear, eliminating tampered vehicles.

    - Refurbishment standards:
      Our refurbishments go beyond repainting. They include comprehensive inspection of the “three electrics”/powertrain, complete replacement of all vehicle fluids, deep interior cleaning, and mandatory replacement of wear items (e.g., brake pads, airbags).

    - Usage history:
      We prioritize vehicles sourced from large-city tour fleets. Compared with urban buses, tour coaches receive better maintenance and operate in more favorable road conditions, resulting in less chassis and engine fatigue.

    - Chassis rust protection:
      For coastal environments in South America and Africa we apply three-layer chassis protection: thorough de-rusting, anti-corrosion primer, and professional chassis armor coating to resist salt-spray corrosion.

    - Battery/electrical lifespan:
      Every new-energy or hybrid bus undergoes professional battery degradation testing. We guarantee a minimum battery state-of-health (SOH) of 85% at delivery and provide detailed cell-voltage balance reports.
  • Q How long does it take for delivery?

    A Goods will be dispatched within 15 days after the order is placed. The shipping time by sea is approximately 45 to 55 days.
  • Q How long is the after-sales service period?

    A The after-sales service period is 3 to 6 months, depending on the condition of the vehicle.
  • Q What other services can be provided?

    A We can also offer integrated vehicle solution package services and training services for new energy vehicles.
  • Q Is the delivery to the destination port included?

    A We offer vehicle transportation services to the designated port. The specific delivery method depends on the trade terms you choose (such as FCA, FOB, CIF, etc.).

    • FCA: This includes delivery to the buyer's designated location within the territory of China(which could be a port, warehouse or carrier), but does not necessarily include loading onto the vessel. It does not cover subsequent ocean freight or insurance.
    • FOB: It includes delivery to the port of shipment and loading onto the vessel (risk transfers when the goods pass over the ship's rail). It does not include ocean freight and insurance (borne by the buyer).
    • CIF: This includes delivery to the port of shipment, loading onto the vessel, and payment of ocean freight and basic insurance to the port of destination. It does not include import customs clearance, unloading fees, etc.

    The quotations usually do not include import taxes of the destination country (such as customs duties, value-added tax, etc.), which need to be borne by the buyer.
