• FCA: This includes delivery to the buyer's designated location within the territory of China(which could be a port, warehouse or carrier), but does not necessarily include loading onto the vessel. It does not cover subsequent ocean freight or insurance. • FOB: It includes delivery to the port of shipment and loading onto the vessel (risk transfers when the goods pass over the ship's rail). It does not include ocean freight and insurance (borne by the buyer). • CIF: This includes delivery to the port of shipment, loading onto the vessel, and payment of ocean freight and basic insurance to the port of destination. It does not include import customs clearance, unloading fees, etc.
The quotations usually do not include import taxes of the destination country (such as customs duties, value-added tax, etc.), which need to be borne by the buyer.
